Shipping and Local Pick up

Everything here is made to order in small batches, so please allow five to seven business days of processing before your parcel is posted. Kits that include a colour choice occasionally take a day or two longer, because the paints are packed to match your order.

Orders ship by UPS Ground within the United States. Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order, however many pieces you buy. Everything travels together in one carefully packed box

We do not ship outside the United States at present.

Every piece is wrapped by hand and packed with care, because cast stone and plaster do not forgive a rough journey. If something does arrive damaged, please see our refund policy, which tells you exactly what to send me and by when.

Local pickup is available in the South Austin area, at a public meeting spot I'll confirm by email.

Choose Local Pickup at checkout, and there is no postage to pay. I will email you as soon as your order is ready and we will arrange a time that suits you. Please bring your order confirmation with you. Pickups are Wednesdays 5pm to 7 pm or Saturdays between 10 am and 12 pm. I'll email you once your order is ready so we can confirm a Saturday that works. If neither window works, send me an email and we'll find a time that works.
