Refund policy

Every item is made to order by hand, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot cancel an order once making has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@nayvimakery.com within twenty four hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged piece and of the outer box and packing materials. Once I have those, I'll remake and reship the affected piece. If that isn't possible, I'll refund you.

Please keep the box and packaging until the claim is settled, as the carrier may ask to see them.

Variations in color intensity, marbling and surface texture are part of hand poured work and are not considered faults. No two pieces are identical, and your piece will not look exactly like the photograph.

Paint your own kits ship raw and unsealed by design. Small pinholes and slight variations in the plaster surface are normal in a hand poured cast and are part of the character of the piece you are about to paint.
